? 1XV Match Report ?

A wet and windy game under Friday Night Lights with a great turnout from both home and away supporters! Last night we welcomed a mostly Glenrothes team (supplemented by players from Bo'ness and Hillfoots) to KGV for a friendly to tide us over the international break before our first league match back next weekend. ?
It was a tough match up but we started strong with tries for Ryan Robertson and John McMurdo; neither converted as the wind picked up. The opposition came back fighting though and made 2 tries of their own with one converted. ?
HT 10 - 12
Tempers had started to flair up by the end of the first half and the second half continued in the same vein. Another try a-piece with a conversion from the Glenrothes 10 finished out the scoring. ?
FT 15 - 19
Tom Marshall was our Man of the Match for some huge defence as well as some great runs on the wing. ?

Thanks to Glenrothes, Bo'ness and Hillfoots for pulling a team together so everyone could have a run out after a few weeks off.
